We have no return or replacement policy due to Return Logistics unavailability, Custom restrictions in home country and postage constraints.

We acknowledge that there may be instances where you may not be entirely satisfied with the product received or perceive differences between the product and its representation on our website but since we have detailed Quality check and images and description over website are of highest Quality, we do not accept returns in this Case. If you still want to check the eligibility for return, then Please write to us at care@shoplibas.com with your order id and your issue details.
Size/Colour/Fade/Allergy Issues
We provide Video call feature where you can see the actual product closely before placing your order. You can check the size and Color with help of our Studio Manager, who will show you the measurement for your preferred Size. (Applicable on selected styles only)
No Colour Guarantee can be provided due to Nature of Fabric, Washing and Ironing methods, Weather conditions or not following Care instructions. Hence no returns are applicable for such cases.
We also recommend people with sensitive skin to check for allergies before placing an order for Fabrics like Chanderi, Polyester or Wool.
Beads/Sequences/Embroidery coming off
We want to bring to your attention that some of our products feature delicate embroidery, beads, or sequins. Despite our best efforts in handling and shipping, these embellishments may tend to come loose over time. We recommend Gentle Handling, spot cleaning with soft cloth without rubbing it vigorously and consider using fabric glue or needle and thread to secure them back in place. Alternatively, local tailors can also help in other cases.
Cancellation Policy
"Please note that orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. If you want to cancel the order please drop us an e-mail at care@shoplibas.com With your order number and reason for cancellation. Your cancellation request will be processed within 24 hours."
No cancellation will be accepted once the order is shipped.
